READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU PROCEED
  1. Complete your contact information. Enter your name and email address.
  2. Identify the applicable code section. Indicate the Code Section and Florida Building Code referenced. Only requests for interpretations of the Florida Building Code will be accepted. Your question should address only one section of the code.
  3. Enter your question. Your question should be written in a form that can be answered with a "Yes" or "No."
    "Is it the intent of Section 1606.1.1, exception 3 to not allow the construction of a 20 foot by 30 foot building that is accessory to a single family residence, using SSTD 10?"
  4. Add additional comments if needed. In the comment field, you may explain the reason for your request in more detail.
    "The applicant states that this building will be used for his wife making crafts to sell at the flea market."
