With respect to Informal Interpretation Report #7853 regarding occupancy classification of a waiting room, would the occupant load (taking into consideration Table 1004.5, Function of Space) then be 1/150 (business), or should it be 1/15 (Assembly, unconcentrated tables and chairs)?
