Question

Under the Fair Housing Act requirements, 2% of the parking serving covered units are required to be accessible.

The comment provides a reasonable response to an issue not contemplated by the Fair Housing Guidelines. If there is concern about possible future lawsuits, a waiver by the Florida Building Commission via the Accessibility Advisory Council should be requested.
