Question:
A modular manufactured storage shed building, approved, reviewed, and inspected in accordance with all the proper DCA, and DBPR requirements. The plans show "Buildings are approved for residential lawn storage only".
As the local building official, we cannot review the design or inspect the construction except for the assembly or construction at the site, in accordance with FBC 107.3
Can a shed with the verbiage on the approved DCA plans "Buildings are approved for residential lawn storage only", be installed on an E Educational Occupancy's property?
