No, the code language places limits on what fixtures can be in the unisex restroom.

Commentary

The intent of a unisex toilet room is to provide relief from FBC Plumbing 403.2 via the exemptions. If the room is used for other purposes this would defeat the purpose of the exemptions and prevent that business from being in compliance with FBC Plumbing 403.1, Table 403.1, and 403.2.
