Question
Is it the intent of Section R101.2 to also include multiple detached one-family dwellings on a single commonly owned lot?

As long as the dwellings are detached, not attached townhomes or apartments, they could be constructed in accordance with the Florida Residential Code on a single commonly owned lot.
Commentary
The buildings would be required to comply with fire separation distance and zoning setback requirements.
