Question
When a roof assembly's covering of a multiple roofed structure with multiple roof covering systems must be replaced due to damage exceeding 25% of covering systems area, must all adjacent and contiguous roof coverings be replaced? If more than 2 roof coverings or over 25% of any section is being replaced, then all the roof coverings down to the deck are required to be removed. The image provided shows 2 sections that could be treated individually.
