Question
Is it the intent to allow single family structures with transient public lodging (three stories or less & with separate means of egress) that are categorized as exempted from FBC Building requirements even though transient public lodging occupancy(s) equal to (a) Special Use & Occupancy requirements- Chapter 4- Section 431; (b) public lodging establishment(s) "vacation rental" per Fl. Statute 509.242; & (c) FBC Building Group R-1 (transient lodging) exist and are listed in the FBC Building requirements?
