Is it the intent of to have the occupancy classification change when a a building that has been issued a C/O as a Single Family Dwelling under the Florida Building Code (Residential) changes its use to an R-3 Occupancy under the Florida Building Code (Building). If the answer to the question is "yes" is a new certificate of occupancy required to be issued stating the new occupancy is R-3
