Question
Is it the intent of section R311 to require a balcony, at an exterior door, to meet the minimum size of a landing as required by R311.3 and if there is a 4" step down (stair) at this door then meet the minimum size of a landing at the bottom of a stair included in the exception to R311.7.5?
