Commentary
1. First, the Section cited in Appendix F should be 107.
The code at Section 107 does not require design by a design
professional, but requires such design professional where
required by FS 471 or 481. There are specific provisions
for specialized items requiring design by a design
professional, but not a general requirement. There appears
to be no requirement for design of the irrigation system by
a landscape architect, unless, the designer is claiming to
be a landscape architect.
2. Appendix F is not enforceable unless
adopted by a local amendment.
