insulated.

Commentary
If the value of the re-roof does not exceed 30% of the
value of the structure, and the total costs of all
improvements over the last 12 months does not exceed 30% of
the value of the structure. Then, under the Existing
Building Code, Sections 612 & 711 and Section 101.4.1 of
the Florida Building Code Energy, it may installed back to
the same insulated values as the previous installation.
