Question
Is it the intent of 110.3.7.1 to require a special inspector for structural repairs to an existing building which was constructed prior to threshold building requirements but does meet the current definition of a threshold building.

Yes, a special inspector is required for structural
repairs to and existing building which is currently defined
as a threshold building regardless of when the building was
constructed.

building then it must be treated as such.
