Question
Is it the intent of Section 424.1, that the definition of public swimming pool applies to only those pools that serve apartments, boarding houses, etc., with five or more units and excludes pools that serve a private residence, regardless of whether that residence is classified as R-1 or R-3 (i.e., transient occupancy versus permanent occupancy)?

Commentary
A single family residence rented on a transient basis is
required to comply with the standards for a private
swimming pool under S. 424.2.2
