Is it the intent of Section 601.3 to require isolation of kitchen, bathroom and dryer exhaust ducts within return air plenums in residential condominiums? [The drop ceiling areas of apartments are used for return air plenums. Bath, kitchen and dryer exhaust ducts are located within these plenums and connect to vertical chases to the roof. Since Section 601.3 is titled "Contamination Prevention", does it apply to the condition described above or does it apply to to conditions such as gas, chemical exhausts, etc?]
