Question: Is it the intent of section 1606.1.4, in areas NOT subject to high velocity hurricane conditions, and elevations below 60 feet, to allow "pourous" shutters over glazed openings that protect from "large" missles per SSTD 12, ASTM E 1886, and ASTM E 1996 but not neccessarily "small" missles per Miami-Dade PA 201, 202, and 203.
