Is there a requirement for an energy 405 form to be provided for a mini split in a garage that is being installed for humidity control? It appears this is only required if the space is being used as a dwelling area, meaning a living space. However, this will remain a garage and will be used for dehumidification control for storage. Is it required or exempt from the 405 form in this case?
