Question
Is it the intent of Section 102.2, FBC, Building, exception C, to allow the construction of a fully enclosed wedding venue (assembly occupancy) building, complete with alcohol service, dance floor, tables and chairs, air conditioning etc. on an agricultural property classifying itself as a farm?

No. 102.2 (c) exempts only "Nonresidential farm buildings on farms." A wedding venue is not a farm building.
