For a project in Wind Exposure C with an actual Ultimate wind speed of 131-mph. Considering a Rafter/Truss Spacing of 24 in. o.c. what is the minimum roof sheathing thickness allowed by the FBC Table R803.2.2?

Based on table R803.2.2 for a wind speed of 131 mph in Exposure C, the minimum plywood thickness would be 19/32.
