Is the intent of R328.5 to limit the ESS capacity individually to each of the four indicated locations at a residential dwelling/property?

The aggregate ratings not to be exceeded apply to each of the 4 locations specified, taken individually. Nothing in the code language of FBC R328 is preventing each of the 4 options from being used simultaneously.
