Question
Is the intent of Florida Building Code Section 456.4.1.4 to dictate the minimum number of restrooms required for a food service establishment that seats more than 10 persons?

The intent is to establish the requirement for 10 persons or less. More than 10 persons would need to meet the requirements of FBC, Plumbing Table 403.1
