Question
Is it the intent of section 102.2(h) to include two story chickee construction provided that it does not incorporate any electrical, plumbing, or other nonwood features ?

There are no qualifiers as to one or two story. If it meets the definition of a chickee hut and is constructed by the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida or the Seminole Tribe of Florida - it's exempt.
