Question
Is the intention of the code to exempt construction office trailers that contain bathroom facilities and are connected temporarily to domestic municipal water supply and sewer from being permitted and inspected for plumbing installations?

While the temporary building (exception d) or office (exception e) would be exempt Florida Building Code, the temporary connection to any municipal utility would not be exempt.
