Question

if there are multiple bathrooms on the grade level, provided that one of them has a door which meets the 29 inch clear opening, has the code requirement been satisfied?

Yes, 1 bathroom door with 29" clear opening would satisfy the code requirement. The Code further stipulates that the accessible bathroom door is to provide maximum possible privacy, If there were choices, the one that would provide maximum privacy should be the one with the accessible door. If only a toilet room is at grade level, it would require the 29" clear opening and satisfy the code requirement.
