Question
If the amount of Consumer Fireworks, Class 1.4G, in a mercantile occupancy pursuant to section 309 exceeds 125 solid pounds would the occupancy be considered an H-3?

Table 414.2.5 (1) is for NONFLAMMABLE SOLIDS AND NONFLAMMABLE AND NONCOMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS, not explosives!
Table 307.1(1) is for MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITY PER CONTROL AREA OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS POSING A PHYSICAL HAZARD and would limit the quantity of consumer fireworks 1.4G to 125 lbs, over that quantity it would be an H-3 occupancy and treated as such.
