Question

Does section 1618.4.6.3 only apply to railings located on the exterior of buildings or do interior railings also need to meet this requirement? Also, does the section only apply to the glazing or the entire system (glazing, connections, etc,).?

1618.4.6.3 applies in all areas of the building. Yes to the glazing and connections as well.
