I have electronically Signed & Sealed several documents, prior to the expiration of my Third Party Verification for the Seal. The documents, of course, have that Date Stamp on them, And were valid at the time of application.
When the plans were reviewed, the date of the third party verification had expired and the plans were rejected.
Are these Electronically Sealed documents valid, since they were signed within the time frame of the third Party.

The electronically sealed documents would be valid. Similar to at the time of application if the Architect and/or Engineers' license is valid but later is inactive, the seal was good at the time of application.
Commentary
For Engineers - "Electronically" sealed documents are still valid when the 3rd party verification software was still active. A signature report from the 3rd party must be printed and physically signed, dated and sealed by the engineer in compliance with Rule 61G15-23.003, F.A.C....and must be submitted in addition to the electronically sealed documents. This procedure is different from the "digital" seal requirements of Rule 61G15-23.004, FAC.
