Question

Is it the intent of Section 2613 that Fiber Reinforced Polymer shall only be used as allowed in 2613.3, 2613.4, and 2613.5. If Fiber Reinforced Polymer is proposed to be used in any other way would approval by the Building Official incompliance with FBC 104.11 be required?

Yes, if the single family residence is designed under the FBC Building. Otherwise no. Yes for the second question concerning Building Official approval per 104.11 and would change "required" to "allowed"
