Would an automatic pool gate that closes 20 seconds after opening meet the requirement R4501.17.1.8?

The code says self closing - Access gates, when provided, shall be self-closing and shall comply with the requirements of Sections R4501.17.1.1 through R4501.17.1.7. It does not give a time for the gate to close.
