Question 1 Does that mean the blue stripe should be used to define the 12' width required by section 502.1 & 502.2 FBC Accessibility?
Question 2 If the accessible parking space has additional lines outside of the required blue outlining the space, should the additional lines outside of the blue outline be used to define the 12' width of the space?

Question 1: Per the Federal Access Board Guidelines, the width of the spaces and aisles is measured to the centerline of markings (but it can include the full width of the lines where there is no adjacent parking space of aisles).
