This would depend on the decision of the AHJ. If they renew the existing permit, it would follow that section 320.6 would not apply, the permit would be governed by the code in effect at the time of application. If the AHJ requires a new permit, since this one has been abandoned for over 180 days, then the work would follow the code in effect at the time of issuance of the original permit (based on completed inspections) and any new regulations that have become effective in the current edition of the code. FBC 105.4.1.2 & 302.6 would apply,
