Question

Do the tolerances on concrete cover for reinforcing bars in the 5th Edition of the Code, which references and relies on ACI 318, supersede tolerances and exceptions to tolerances in prior editions of the Code?

Whatever specification is the most restrictive is deemed to govern unless specifically modified by the Florida Code wording. The 5th edition supersedes the previous Florida codes.
