Question

Is an open RV & Boat Storage yard considered a "Facility" by definition and would it have to be fully Accessible ? Also , can this type of commercial business operate without providing an accessible toilet room? Sec. 213.2 only requires accessible toilet rooms "Where Provided" & no toilet facilities are planned.

There does not appear to be structures on the property other than the shed. If the shed is accessible then you are done,
