Question
Is it the intent of FRC-703.2 in regards to water resistant barrier when applying STUCCO over exterior wood sheathing that paper-back lathe CAN NOT be applied directly to exterior sheathing like it used be to be in previous code editions. But instead paper-back lathe must be applied over an additional layer of water resistant barrier .Such as house wrap, 15# felt, etc.
