Is it the intent of section 303.1.1 allowing an A-2 Occupancy less than 50 to be considered a Business occupancy to allow it to be applied to table 508.4 as a Business for separation requirements?

Yes, the assembly use is classified as Group B by
virtue of the occupant load.
