Is it the intent of provide dual fire tap connections to a high- rise Building. The exception to this section is the one applicable for this case because is in the beach and there is only one city water main to tap from. Does every tap connection requires independent back-flow preventer, PVI and Gate valve? or the taps can be independent sharing one same back-flow , PIV and gate valve?
