Question
Is it the intent of the Florida Building Code - Building section 1210.5 to require a vestibule in order to maximize privacy and for health and sanitary reasons in a business serving food and drinks?

Commentary
It is the intent of 1210.5 to disallow a restroom to open
directly into a room that prepares food. If no food is
prepared in a dining area, the dining area serves as the
buffer between the food prep area and the kitchen. Under
such circumstances, no vestibule would be required.
