Question

Is it the intent of Section 1018, Table 1018.1 to allow the occupant load serving a corridor to be split between exits in the case that there are three of more exits provided for a 'B' occupancy in an unsprinklered building so that neither a 1-hour rated corridor or a sprinkler system is required?

Commentary

Table 1018.1 says "occupant load served by corridor". This is independent of the number of occupants going to each stair.
