Question

Is it the intent of 107.3.4.3 to allow a cert. building contractor to certify the wind loads on residential plans in any circumstance with the equivalence of a design prof.

certificate holder or registrant has
completed specialized continuing
education approved by the CILB per Ch.
489.115(4)(b)2 F.S.

As a reminder - Inside the HVHZ, an architect or engineers seal is required on any single-family residence costing $10,000 or over.
