Is it the intent of section 607.1 to supply hot water to a service sink in a warehouse/air plane hanger for storage.

Hot water is required for a
service sink

Commentary
The code does require a
service sink in storage occupancies,
and it is reasonable to assume that its
purpose is for cleansing or building
maintenance, which requires hot water.
This could be met with an inexpensive
110V tankless heater.
