Is it the intent of section 1014.2 to allow required means of egress to pass through different occupancy types if both under 1 tenant.

Yes, provided they are accessory to one or the other and

The calculation for sizing the exits in the group F
occupancy should include 1/2 the occupant load of the of
the group B occupancy space.
