completed and followed by the letter of the Approval?

Commentary
In order for the above to be properly implemented the plans
examiner and inspectors must read the product approval,
manufacturers instructions and applicable code provisions
in order to determine which one takes precedent to properly
apply the provisions of the code and determine if the
product is proper for the site specific use.
