Or can the exception be applied to spaces that ARE
NOT INTENDED for human comfort such as an
warehouse area.

Commentary
The space in question is not intended for human comfort.
Therefore, the exception to 1204.1 applies. However, the
occupancy must still comply with the Florida Building Code
Mechanical Section 401.2.
