Is it the intent of the code to enforce the requirements of section 436 in addition to those of section 433 in the case of "Adult Day Care" occupancies?

Commentary
While there is not a definition of "Adult Day Care" in
Chapter 2, Section 436.5 dealing with construction types
specifically discusses Adult Day Care, implying compliance
requirements. This is a situation where the most stringent of
the requirements would apply.
Additionally, section436 contains requirements which relate to
day care occupancies and day care homes. Which of these
requirements are applicable is based upon the number of
clients who receive care.
