Question

Is it the intent of Section 105.1 to require a separate permit for each structure. Can multiple structures on 1 lot be applied for under 1 permit or is a separate permit required for each structure.

105.1 does not contain the requirements for the number of
permits required for individual projects. That requirement is
up to the AHJ.
