Is it the intent of the FBC-Plumbing code to not
require a cleanout in a horizontal drain after 2
45 degree bends? The line in question has 4-45
degree bends developed over 60 feet fron last
possible rodding point to the exterior cleanout.

Per the IPC commentary "The requirement for a cleanout at a
change in direction greater than 45 degrees is for an
individual fitting, not a combination of fittings."
