Question

Is it the intent of Table 710.1(1)to allow as many as nine(9)public water closets(1.6 gpf)to be connected to a 3" building drain or branch of the building drain?

Yes - there is no limit on the number of WCs on 3-inch, only 36 dfu max. The
WC limitation in question went away with the 2001 edition of the Florida
Building Code.
