Is it the intent of "Florida Building Code 322.3.3.1 Pools, which requires pools in coastal high hazard areas to be designed and constructed in conformance with ASCE24, that in-ground pools must meet the following requirements: * The foundation and structure attached thereto is anchored to resist flotation, collapse and lateral movement due to combined effects of wind and water loads acting simultaneously on all structural components. * Water loading values used are those associated with the 100 year storm event. * Wind loading values are those associated with a 160 mph (3 second gust) wind potential. * The potential for scour and erosion at the foundation has been anticipated for conditions associated with the base flood.
