Is it the intent of section 2315.1.11 to require wet/dry testing for door stiles and panels made from same species solid wood boards, face and edge glued together with a urea-formaldehyde resin?

No. Stiles, rails and panels shaped
from solid wood are not required to
undergo this testing. However, door
leaf stiles, rails and panels that are
made of wood-based structural panels
including fiberboard, hardboard or
particleboard require compliance with
section 2315.1.11 of the 2010 FBC for
use in the HVHZ.
