Question
Is it the intent of 410.1 allow for a water coolers with a cup despenser for ADA when the code only requires 1 drinking fountian. Does a water cooler that meets all parts of the requirment acceptable

A drinking fountain, not a bottled water cooler is
required. Section 410.1, however, allows for the substitution
of 50% of the water fountains with "water coolers or bottled
water dispensers."
